We are excited to announce that Waterlogic’s coffee brand, which formerly operated under the name JavaSmart, has officially combined with Culligan Quench Canada to create the leading coffee provider for businesses across North America! Going forward, we will operate under the Culligan Quench brand, so on behalf of all of us – welcome to the Culligan Quench Family! Together, we are extremely excited about the benefits this combination will provide to you, including our enhanced product line, increased team size to better serve you, and innovative enhancements to your experience.
Product Line
As a Culligan Quench customer, you can enjoy the same great products, services, and prices you experienced with JavaSmart. Culligan Quench’s brewer program provides you with the right brewer for your workplace, professional customer service, and a wide variety of coffee selections, break room snacks, and other break room supplies. Along with your coffee brewer, the program includes:
- Machine service and maintenance calls
- Annual filter changes
- Replacement parts for service-related issues
Once you select your brewer, you will be able to pick from a range of Bodecker® products such as assorted coffees, teas, and hot chocolate.

No, your water service will remain unchanged, and we will continue to provide drinking water solutions to all businesses.
How can I request service on my machine?
To request service, please call 1-888-545-7873 or email email us.
Does my machine(s) have to be replaced?
No, there won’t be a need to change your machine. JavaSmart technicians will be joining the Culligan Quench service team and Culligan Quench technicians will be trained on how to service JavaSmart machines. So, as long as you’re happy with your JavaSmart machine, you can keep it and we will be able to service it for you!
When did the JavaSmart become Culligan Quench?
The integration of Culligan Quench and JavaSmart began November 2022.

Why is the JavaSmart website moving?
